At Wax Free with Cindy, every appointment is carried out with precision, care and professionalism. Microsuction is widely regarded as the safest and cleanest method for wax removal, using a small suction device to lift wax from the ear canal without the use of water. This is ideal for people with narrow canals, hearing aids, a history of ear surgery or sensitive ears.

Water irrigation is a gentle, warm-water flush that is effective for softer wax or for clients who prefer a traditional method. Using a ProPlus irrigator, each treatment is controlled, safe and comfortable. Before your appointment, you’ll be advised to soften your wax for 3–5 days using olive oil drops or spray for the best results.
